Assistance with Daily Living
We support our clients with a range of living support services including:
- Daily personal activities: for those who want to go shopping and attend to personal life matters.
- High intensity daily personal activities: for those in wheelchair or with more complex disabilities who want to go shopping and attend to personal life matters.
- Shared living daily tasks: for those who live in shared accommodation and want to go out and do tend to daily tasks.

Assistance with Social and Community Participation
We support our participates in attending social activities such as dance and cooking classes. These can be in-service or mainstream group activities.

Employment and Skills Support
We support our clients who:
- Are employed and require a support worker to assist with their disabilities or health conditions.
- Want to learn daily living skills, for example cooking, swimming, or bicycle riding.

Home Assistance
We assist around the home where participants are unable to undertake tasks due to their disability including those who:
- Have restricted or limited mobility
- Are limited by their accommodation and unable to carry out day to day activities
- Have difficulties safely accessing facilities for example bathroom, kitchen, toilet, inside and outside of their accommodation.
We provide the following types of home assistance:
- Home assistance services offered include cleaning, laundry, light bulb changing, smoke alarm installation and battery replacement.
- Minor electrical and plumbing services are also provided, such as repairing light switches, power points, tap washers, and fixing leaks and blocked drains.
- Appliance repairs for various items including washing machines, fridges, air conditioners, ovens and stoves can be done.
- Additional services include locksmith and glazing, security work like key safes and sensor lights, and handyman and carpentry work.
- Outdoor services offered are gutter cleans, yard tidy ups, rubbish removals, and emergency mows.

Home Modifications
Home modifications are classified either as minor or major depending on their size and level of complexity. An Occupational Therapist will assess and help you decide if your home requires major changes to ensure your safety, or whether minor adjustments will suffice.
- More extensive home modifications such as installation of a ramp or changing the bathroom layout
Minor modifications include:
- Small, lower cost aids and equipment to improve accessibility such as a grab rail
- Handrails, grab rails, wedge ramps, hand-held showers, lever taps, step modifications, accessible paths and decks.
- Installation of cameras
Major modifications include:
- Larger scale, structural changes to the home such as bathroom and kitchen renovations.
- nstallation of accessibility ramps, stair climbers, platform lifts, doorway widening, hoists and lifting equipment.

Nursing
We organise community nursing visits for our clients who require assistance, such as wound and diabetic checks.

Support Coordination
A Support Coordinator manages a client’s NDIS plan, funding and support services on their behalf. We are approved to provide Level 1 and 2 Support Coordination which allows us to:
- Apply for funding based on your needs
- Look after or move your funds
- Find and organise disability and mainstream services
- Make medical and allied health appointments
- Organise funding for planned holidays.

Transport
We organise appropriate transport assistance and payment for our clients to attend appointments, community activities and daily tasks.
